Signing in, and where your keys live.
Signing in
Discord, and only Discord. There is no password, no sign-up form and nothing to verify — one click and you have an account.
It works that way because Discord is also where support happens. Signing in puts you in the server at the same time, so if something goes wrong later you are already where the answer is, rather than hunting for an invite link while your key does not work.
Signed up by email before this changed? Your account and your keys are exactly where you left them. Ask in Discord and we will move you across by hand.
Where your keys are
On your account page, under the order that bought them. Not in your email.
Each order lists what you bought, and each line shows its key once the order is marked fulfilled. One key per unit — if you bought a quantity of three, there are three keys on that line.
Order states
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
pending | Checkout was started but payment has not landed yet. |
paid | Payment cleared. Keys are being handed out. |
fulfilled | Everything you bought has a key against it. |
refunded | The order was reversed. |
failed | Payment did not go through. Nothing was charged. |
An order that sits on paid without reaching fulfilled usually means stock
ran out mid-order. That is on us, not on you — raise it in Discord and it gets
sorted by hand.
