Common problems
The things that come up most often.
"My key does not work"
Work through these in order:
- Check it is the right key. One key per product per order line. A key for another product will be rejected.
- Check the order is
fulfilled. A key shown against apaidorder is not finished being issued. See Your account. - Check it has not already been used. Keys bind on first use.
- Retype it rather than pasting. A copied key frequently carries a trailing space, and that is enough to fail.
"It will not start"
- Start it as an administrator. Most builds need it.
- Check the build matches the game's current version — see spookycheats.io/status.
- Close the game fully, including anything left running in the background, then start again in the order the product's own guide gives.
"The status board says undetected but mine is not working"
The board tracks the build, not your installation. A working build and a broken install look identical from your side. Run through the product's guide again from the top before raising it.
